Do you do refunds? 

Yes, but only when the item(s) is out of stock after your online payment has been processed.


Do you accept exchanges and returns? 

We do not accept any exchanges or refunds. Items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We only accept exchanges in the event that the product is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect or is different from your original order.

To be eligible, your current item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Our exchange policy lasts for 10 calendar days, upon delivery of item(s). 


What are the shipping / delivery options? 
  1. Local orders: free shipping.
  2. International orders: international shipping rates apply upon checkout.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending upon the product. FETCH is not responsible for any delays due to an incorrect address, holidays or by incidents beyond our control.


How long will my items take to arrive? 

Your item(s) will be posted within 3 working days of your order. For local orders, please allow for 3 to 5 working days. For international orders, please allow for 7 to 15 working days.
